*Please note that damaged products, items removed by Brandtag, or return requests made after 14 days from the date of receiving the order, are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

*Scarves Exchange is only offered within 2 Days of receiving a wrong scarf other than the one you ordered or one that has a defect.

*To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in the same undamaged condition as received

*The Brand name tag/ticket must be attached
